Take The Bilquees Press Tour
Depending on the nature of your internet connection, the flash movie (the screen is below this introduction) may take up to several minutes, or so, to load. Please be patient, and while you wait (if you do), the following information will tell you a little about that for which you may be waiting.
Once the flash movie begins, you may, or may not, like the music which accompanies the flash movie (there are five different instrumental pieces playing in looped format). If the music doesn't resonate with your auditory hairs and/or sense of auditory aesthetics, either turn off the volume control for your computer or turn the volume down ... or you can pre-emptively turn your sound down/off right now while the flash movie is loading).
As the flash presentation begins, select any of the books displayed on the flash/movie screen by clicking on the desired item. The flash movie will bring the book you have selected forward for viewing.
After about four seconds of the book being displayed, a new browser page will appear on top of the movie screen, and the new page contains additional information about the book that you have selected. If you want (and if the browser screen is not already as large as it can be) you can enlarge the new browser screen by clicking on the middle icon in the upper right-hand corner of the new browser page.
Take as much, or as little time, as you like looking at the information on the new page because the movie will wait for you. If you wish to look at further possibilities from Bilquees Press, close the new browser page by clicking on the 'x' in the upper right hand corner of that page. This will return you to the movie-flash screen web page.
When the movie screen page reappears, it will be displaying the book you last selected. You can choose further possibilities from the Bilquees Press web store by returning to the default mode which was being displayed when the flash movie began. This can be done by clicking on any black area that appears around the books. You, then, can select the next item from the resulting default display by clicking on the disired item.
If you want to stop the tour, just click on any of the links at the top of the web page. Or, you can go to your next web site destination by typing in the desired url in your browser.
